This is one of the best lightweight jackets I've ever owned. I use it for the gym, and it's flexible enough for CrossFit. I received so many compliments the first time I wore it, and everyone thought it was a Lululemon piece. It's extremely flattering, though I do think it runs a bit small. I'm 5'6" and 155-160 lbs, and I usually wear a medium, but I ordered a large based on reviews, and I'm glad I did - the medium wouldn't have zipped up.
